Excellent product
August 23, 2017
I ordered this for one of my cats -- she has an irritation along the fleshy part of one side of her upper gums. I brush her teeth, but when I brush that spot it bleeds and it definitely seems to be painful for her, so the vet recommended squirting an oral dental solution on that spot, instead of brushing there -- the Ora-clens is great -- I'd been using a different product that contains both alcohol and mint, which made her cough -- Ora-clens contains neither of those, and she lets me squirt it on without any fussing or struggling and it seems to be helping her gum heal.

good substitute for virbac rinse
February 7, 2016
CET Virbac has discontinued their Chlorhexidine oral rinse. This oral rinse has nearly the same composition. Great finishing rinse for my Sheltie after brushing. Keeps her breath fresh.

Excellent Price for a Great Product

Just as good as C.E.T. Oral Rinse, which we also used with a child's Spinbrush. Using Ora-Clens amounts to the same thing, but costs a lot less. My vet didn't even have C.E.T. in her office.

Dogs like it

It will take time to see how well it works, but so far at least, the dogs will tolerate it.

Really works
May 30, 2014
The product really does the job to clean plaque off my puppy's teeth and makes his breath so much better. Thanks for creating such a wonderful and safe product that actually works and is affordable.

See no difference

If this product does something positive for my dog's teeth, I don't see it. It also crusts up and the applicator gets clogged. I would not purchase this again.

Not a substitute, but

I use this in addition to brushing for a dog who tends to bleeding gums and who hates to have his under teeth brushed. Apply it with a rough cosmetic pad and use it to massage gums and teeth.

GREAT ASSIST
February 12, 2013
This is a great follow-up to cleaning our dog's teeth. The only thing I wish is that the nozzle would be LONGER and "bent". The first time I used this, directions say not to touch the dog's mouth with the tip, it went all over our dog--and even though it is clear, it hardens. Still, this along with brushing our dog's teeth, it has helped with his bad breath and condition of his teeth.

Easy to use and seems to be working on my husky's teeth and breath.

Mouthwash

I pour this into a small (like travel size) spray bottle and spray their mouths on each side. They do not mind it at all. They lick their mouth and it gets all over to cleanse their teeth. I use it twice daily.

Works great on removing plaque

If you are consistent in using this product, it really does break down the plaque on your dog's teeth!

not sure yet
February 8, 2012
Bought this for my cat who I adopted with teeth/gum issues when my trying to brush her teeth made her lose a tooth. Not sure how effective it is yet since I have only been using it for a couple weeks and then only a couple days a week so far. Hoping it will help somewhat and improve her breath/gums. Problem so far is the nozzle is always clogged up everytime I go to use it and I need to rinse it first. Infrequent use is probably not helping.
