We have used this for a few months now after all of our dogs contracted a protozoal infection resulting in diarrhea. We stopped using it in two of the dogs after their stools eventually returned to normal, also using the anti protozoal medication. Two other dogs still have intermittent diarrhea, especially after eating things they should not during walks, so they are still on the daily supplement. I think it is still helping! I hope to be able to stop it and see how those two do. Save the remaining doses for their next bout of diarrhea.
